"Honestly once I'm able to afford to higher premium I'll be returning to USAA with car insurance and home owners, tired of paying on time every time just to be screwed when I go to use the insurance. One of the worst experiences of my life trying to get what my cars worth when a deer ran into my car totally it merely because the airbags on the side deployed from impact. Claims a manuals less expensive then an automatic, quoted me saying to replace my car is X amount then offer me half of that as a settlement. Total disgrace for a billion dollar company, piss poor service l, but I should of expected it from a cheaper service, but at this point I don't feel safe having them cover any of my belongings"
